1. Excel File: Every month, the team receives an Excel file containing client information. They process this information and prepare the file for the bot. The bot reads all the information from a single page in the Excel file. 2. Access Certificate: Before accessing the system, I needed to install a certificate on the PC. Upon opening the web page, a pop-up appeared to select the certificate. 3. Rio de Janeiro Prefeitura Website: Once access was granted, I navigated through the web page until reaching a specific form. 4. Fill Form: The information from each row in the Excel file was used to fill out the form. If any part of the process encountered an error, a screenshot was taken and sent as an email attachment. 5. Download PDF: After filling out the form, the web page redirected to another page to download a PDF document. 6. Repeat and Move: After completing the process for one row, I closed the pages and repeated the entire sequence for each subsequent row in the Excel file. technology used:file management, error handling, email, UI elements, web page review: This project was developed entirely from scratch under my leadership and responsibility.
